Welcome to Alabady.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by Ahmed Alabady ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Services

Alabady.com offers branding, logo design, packaging design, and visual identity services. All services are provided either through direct communication (email, WhatsApp, or video calls) or in-person meetings within Qatar when possible.

2. Project Process

All projects follow a structured process:
  • Discovery & Consultation
  • Research & Strategy
  • Concept Development
  • Revisions (as agreed)
  • Final Delivery
Timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in the proposal before work begins. Any changes to the project scope may result in updated costs or timelines.

3. Payments

A deposit (typically 25%–50%) is required to start a project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and final delivery. Payment terms, due dates, and accepted methods (e.g., bank transfer or PayPal) will be detailed in your proposal or invoice. All payments are non-refundable once a project has begun.

4. Revisions & Deliverables

Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may incur a fixed fee. Upon final approval and full payment, you will receive all agreed deliverables in high-resolution formats, including vector and raster files.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with Alabady until the final payment is received. After that, ownership of the final, approved designs will be transferred to the client. Drafts, unused concepts, or source files not included in the agreement remain the property of Alabady unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:
  • Provide timely feedback and required materials
  • Approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
  • Respect agreed communication channels and schedules
Delays in client communication may affect timelines and final delivery.

7. Use of Portfolio Work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials. This helps demonstrate our expertise and style to future clients.

8. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled by the client after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable. If substantial work has already been completed, a partial invoice may be issued for the time and resources invested.

9. Website Use

All content on Alabady.com—including images, text, and designs—is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this website without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of this website or our services. While we strive for accuracy and satisfaction, we cannot guarantee results or outcomes beyond the scope of the agreed project.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be handled through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, settled in the appropriate Qatari legal jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
